1. Not seeing a firmware update available.

Firmware update check will happen in the background when the Mira Prism headset camera is connected to the iPhone and the Mira Prism app is opened.

If the firmware on your Mira Prism headset is recognized by the app as out of date, the firmware update notification will display. If the firmware on your headset is up to date, it won’t.

The firmware version is displayed under settings in the Mira Prism app (scroll down).
2. What if the firmware update doesn’t reach the complete status.

Close the app, and re-open. This will re-start the firmware update process.

Make sure you headset is charged fully until the green LED light is displayed as solid.

Follow the steps again, making sure the phone’s auto-lock setting is disabled, and the headset is connected to the phone and charging, and there is an internet connection to download the update.

If you encounter repeated failures updating the firmware, please contact support@mirareality.com, with the following information:-
- Serial number of the headset
- Confirm steps 1-4 were completed prior
- Confirm what notification the headset is displaying when update fails
