This update includes further app stability improvements and changes supporting the Connect "2.0" upgraded architecture. Available currently only to select early access partners, also released in readiness for future Connect 2.0 general availability to all Mira customers. (Therefore please note these updates will not be reflected in the existing Connect application unless you are in the Early Access Program)

Connect 2.0 bug fixes and improvements to accompany app update and readying ability for future multiparty calling capability, including:
- We have added the ability to download Connect call reports
- We have resolved an issue where users were muted without muting themselves
For Connect 2.0 partners who have received access, the following are the existing set of known "non blocker" issues, with ways to workaround these until fixed.

|Closing the Prism Pro application during a call doesn't end the call.
Re-opening the app within a few seconds will typically re-establish the call (if Prism Pro app is closed accidentally)
Otherwise, do nothing and call will end within 30 seconds, as the headset user will be deemed “offline” (if Prism Pro app is closed intentionally)
|The incoming message notification and new message indicator (blue dot in the icon) do not always show up for new messages.||Keep message tray open on Web will ensure message is received even if message notification isn’t received.||Occasional|
|The Prism Pro notification “Your device is offline” does not dismiss when the connection to the internet has re-established.||Close the app and restart it||Rare|
|Video feed from the web to headset shows artifacts in low bandwidth conditions to the headset user until the video is turned off and back on again.

|Prism Pro app performance may decrease with increased feature usage and might render the app unusable - i.e. Screen sharing, magnifying glass, picture taking/viewfinder.
