Mira Prism app - Version 3.16.0
This release includes further Connect 2.0 features which will be made available to all users in October. Further clarification on this update to follow.
OTA Firmware
- All users regardless of their role (members, admin, owner) will be able to initiate the OTA Firmware update download and installation process.
Connect 2.0 Improvements
- Resolved issue where spaces were shown between participants in the call participant list
- Please note that these improvements are only visible to customers who are currently part of the Connect 2.0 EAP Program.

Web suite - Version 2.5.0
Improvements
- Leading and trailing spaces on user registration text inputs are now being trimmed to ensure accidental spaces don't cause registration failures.
- Deactivated users are now not able to log in and access the application.
- New users will be asked to enter their first and last names separately to address formatting and display issues.
Connect 2.0 Improvements
Connect 2.0 bug fixes and improvements to accompany app update and readying ability for future multiparty calling capability, including:
- Annotations now resize correctly when the browser window dimensions change.
- Incoming message notifications are now showing reliably.
- Annotation mode now always selects the video feed which is in focus.
- Annotation now also works on screen shares.
Known Issues
For Connect 2.0 partners who have received access, the following are the existing set of known "non blocker" issues, with ways to workaround these until fixed.
