You can confirm your Prism Pro’s camera connection status the following ways:
When you connect the iPhone to the Prism Pro headset you will be shown this screen with a green check mark confirming that your camera is connected. It may take up to 30 seconds for the connection to be established.
Note: the first time you connect an iPhone to a Prism Pro headset, you may be prompted to “Trust this device”. You must select “Accept” before a connection can be established.
When you initially put on the Prism Pro and flip down the visor, a red notification box will pop-up notifying you that the camera has successfully connected.
To view your camera status while wearing your Prism Pro use the following steps:
- Open the Mira Flow or Mira Connect.
- Locate camera icon on the top left of your screen.
If your camera is connected the camera icon will be green. If your camera is not connected the camera icon will be grey with a strike through it.
If your camera is disconnected you will also see a red notification on the bottom of your screen saying “External Camera disconnected”.
