NOTE: Before proceeding, please check which version of headset you are trying to operate.
To determine your headset version, please look on the inside of the camera housing where the below green arrow indicates.
If your headset is listed as v1.1, please go to this article for correct LED indicator guidance: Legacy LED States
If your headset says v1.2, continue reading this article for LED guidance.
If your headset does not have a number located here, please check where the headset connects to your phone. If your headset has a direct connection, and doesn't have a version number on the inside of the camera, please go to this article for correct LED indicator guidance: Legacy LED States
If your headset doesn't have a version number on the inside of the camera, and has a 90 degree adapter which can be removed, continue reading this article for LED guidance.
Once you've determined your headset version above, please continue through the following LED Color State article for guidance on how to use your Mira Prism.
The LED Indicator is located above the power button on the Prism headset. If you have the latest firmware installed on your headset that the LED Indicator will provide feedback on the following states:

Blinking white indicates that the headset is booting up or shutting down. | ![]() |

Blinking green indicates that the headset is charging and that the battery level is above 50%. | ![]() |

Blinking yellow indicates that the headset is charging and that the battery level is below 50%. | ![]() |

Blinking red indicates that the headset is charging and that the battery level is below 25% | ![]() |

Solid green indicates that the headset fully charged while the charger is still plugged in. | ![]() |

Solid white indicates that the headset is on, unplugged, and the battery level is above 20%. |

Error States |

Two red blinks When the headset is off, this will indicate that the headset battery is too low for the headset to turn on. When the headset is on, this will indicate that the battery is critically low and that it will shut down immediately. |

Four red blinks
When the headset is charging, this indicates that the battery is too hot to charge. If the headset is in use, this indicates that the headset is too hot and that it will shut down immediately. Resolution: Move Prism Pro to a cooler environment. |

Five red blinks When the headset is charging, this indicates that the battery is too cold to charge. If the headset is in use, this indicates that the headset is too cold and that it will shut down immediately. Resolution: Move Prism Pro to a warmer environment. |
