If your organization manages iPhone device(s) via a Mobile Device Management (MDM), please contact your IT administrator for any questions relating to updates to the application.
Updating the Mira Prism App
ITestflight is an Apple distribution platform which enables beta and non-consumer facing applications to be installed and downloaded to iOS devices.
The best way to manage Mira Prism app updates - and avoid app expiration events via Testflight - is to set Testflight on your iPhone to enable automatic updates.
1. Set Testflight to automatically update apps
The automatic update setting in Testflight is only available in Testflight 3.x . To be able to use Testflight 3.x, your iPhone must be running iOS 13 or higher.
Currently, all the compatible iPhone devices with the Mira Prism headset (regular sizes iPhone 7,8, and SE 2020) are able to update to iOS13 or higher.

2. Update Mira Prism App Manually
If you're unable to update the iPhone to iOS13 or higher to set automatic updates in Testflight, then you can still update the Mira Prism app. It will just require you to do it manually whenever there is a new release.
Open Testflight, and tap “update” next to the Prism Pro application.
How resolve an “App Expired” event
If the Mira Prism app is no longer accessible on your iPhone as it displays an “App Expired” notification upon launch, you should be able to open Testflight, and tap “Update” next to the Prism app to resolve this event.
If the Prism app does not display in Testflight, please use the camera on your iPhone to scan the QR code provided in the article above. This will launch the Prism app in Testflight, and enable you to re-install the application.
