The following video shows you how to quickly get started with your Prism Pro headset.
1. Unpacking your Prism Pro headset
Open the box and unpack the items.
Inside each box, you will find the headset, charging cable, charging brick, and quick-start guide. Learn more about Prism Pro Specs.

2. Charging your Prism Pro headset
Prior to your first use of the headset, it’s important to fully charge the device. Once the LED indicator illuminates solid green, unplug the headset to begin use.
A green indicator indicates the headset is on. If the LED is off, press and hold the power button on the rear of the camera to turn on the headset. Learn more about LED Color States.
3. Setting up your iPhone
With your iPhone 7, 8, or SE in hand, ensure that you are connected to the internet, then open the camera to scan the QR code on the second page of the manual.
You’ll be prompted to download Testflight, Apple’s private app distribution tool. Once Testflight has been installed on the phone, scan the same QR code again to download the Prism Pro app. Learn more about how to download and install the Mira Prism Pro app.
4. Inserting your iPhone into your Prism Pro headset
Now, you’re ready to get started with the headset. Slide the phone into the headset with the screen facing outward, ensuring that the lightning port is aligned with the openings on the headset so that you can plug in the connector.
5. Connecting your compatible iPhone to your Prism Pro headset
Plug in the connector.
If you are prompted with a request ‘Trust this Computer?’, Click ‘Trust’.
You can now login to the Mira app with your email and password. Learn more about setting up a Mira account, and logging into the Prism Pro as part of a Team.
If you receive a notification of ‘No External Camera Connected’, ensure that the headset is turned on and plugged in.
If it is, unplug and plug back in the data cable. The screen will indicate when a proper connection has been made.
6. Putting on your Prism Pro headset
Place the headset on your head.
The device should fit comfortably right above your eyebrows, without blocking your vision.
Using the rear adjuster, tighten to comfort.
7. Navigating the Prism Pro interface
You may now flip down the lens to begin navigating your digital interface handsfree.
Simply move your head left and right then hover over objects to select.
Double tap the side of your headset to reposition the window in the center of your view.
8. Navigating Mira Connect
Open Mira Connect.
A green camera icon in the top left indicates a proper camera connection.
Gaze over your Battery icon to view the battery status for both the phone and the headset. Learn more about Mira Connect.
